There are several reasons why you may not be receiving some of our emails:
- Your registered email address settings are accidentally set to block our emails or your inbox is full so you cannot receive emails
- Your email service provider is blocking emails from us
- You have entered an email address that is not the login email address for your profile (if you have changed your email address since registration you will need to use the new address and not the one you registered with.)
If you are still not receiving emails after checking the above reasons, please also check with your email service provider to determine if their built-in spam filter is blocking emails from us.
Your email alerts may also be changed automatically by our system if emails we send to you are blocked or reported as spam by your email provider.
